What is the Biggest Loser 12 Week Challenge?
The Biggest Loser 12 Week Challenge is a highly successful body transformation programme and has been designed by holistic health coach & body transformation specialist, Mark Woodgate.
It is an opportunity for your employees to get fit, lose weight, reshape their bodies and be more productive in their day to day working environments.
The 12 week challenge is run as a weight loss competition and creates healthy competition and camaraderie within your workplace.
(Weight loss & waiver forms, competition guidelines etc are provided.)
When Does it Start?
The Biggest Loser 12 Week Challenge starts when you decide! In other words, choose the dates that best fit your workplace schedule and commitments.
How It Works...
Your employees are required to weigh in once per week for 12 weeks at your workplace (Weigh ins are witnessed and recorded by a designated staff member of your choice)
The person who loses the most percentage of weight, wins!
Your employees simply register at http://www.bodyblueprint.co.nz/biggest-loser-12-week-challenge/ for $97 and this entitles them to receive the complete online programme including:
- Biggest Loser Starter Pack
- Biggest Loser Nutrition Guide (includes shopping lists, sample 7 day meal plan)
- 60 Delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack & smoothie recipes
- Choose between gym or home based workouts (swiss ball and dumbbells required for the home based workouts)
- Exercise videos to take away all the guesswork of correct exercise technique
- Motivational support email and fit tips throughout your 12 week challenge
When your employees sign up for the Biggest Loser 12 Week Challenge I'll contribute 50% toward the total prize pool.
In other words, if 10 of your employees register (at $97 per person) I'll contribute 50%, or in this example, $485 in cash.
You can decide to award this as cash and/or prizes to the person who loses the most percentage of body weight, or you might choose to split this between the top three.
I am also available to speak to your employees, to provide an overview of what the programme involves, exercise & nutrition advice, exercise instruction, body composition testing and more.
Group sessions are recommended as follows;
Week 0: 12 Week Challenge exercise & nutrition overview, exercise instruction for weeks 1 to 4. Body composition testing (body fat percentage) as required. Q & A.
Week 4: Exercise instruction for weeks 1 to 4. Body composition testing as required. Q & A.
Week 8: Exercise instruction for weeks 1 to 4. Body composition testing as required. Q & A.
Week 12: Body composition testing as required. Q & A.
