receive?

workouts are accessible online and come complete with exercise
animations and exercise instructions. Workout programmes
are personally designed by Mark Woodgate,
and are guaranteed to produce exceptional results.

spreadsheets to record your progress: (sent to you via email

kind of workout options do you provide?
We
provide 6
types of programmes to choose from as follows:
(Each workout type has a home based or gym based option to
suit your individual needs)

3. How do the workouts change from month to
month?
Each programme is
slightly progressive in nature and incorporates a variety of
carefully selected exercises to guarantee great results. By
following the virtual workout programmes you'll continually improve
your strength, fitness
and body composition.
Every 4 weeks you'll receive 2 new workouts. A full body
workout
and a separate core workout.

How do I achieve consistent results from my
workouts?
If
you follow the recommendations of the Body Blueprint Virtual
Workout Club programmes you simply can't fail! As you
increase your
strength we
encourage you to increase your repetitions and weights over
the
course of each 4 week period.
As
a rule of thumb, when you can perform 3 repetitions over and above the
designated number of repetitions, increase your weight at the
next
workout and return to the original number of repetitons.

Here is a sample
progression:
Workout 1: 15 repetitions
with 30kg
Workout 2: 17 repetitions
with 30kg

with 35kgs...and so on.
This approach
ensures you'll make progress at EVERY workout!

5.
How do I change to another workout
programme?
If
your goals have changed and if for example you'd like to
switch from a
fatloss
and fitness programme to a fatloss and muscle gain programme, or
perhaps change from a home based program to a gym based program,
simply contact me at: mark@bodyblueprint.co.nz and
I'll upload your new workouts immediately.

6. Can I change WHEN I receive my
programme?
Absolutely! If for
any reason you would like to postpone your next
workout programme, simply contact me at: mark@bodyblueprint.co.nz

7. Do I need to
access my programmes online or can I receive these by email instead?
If
you prefer to receive your workouts via email rather than accessing
the web, just let me know. These email come complete with exercise animations
and full exercise instructions.
Plus we'll also email accompanying workout
spreadsheets so that you can record your progress.

Do I
need to belong to a gym, or can this programme be done at
work/ home?
You can choose from either
the ‘home’ or ‘gym’ workout option. In
other
words, there is a ‘home’ and ‘gym based’ option for each of the 3
programmes
listed above. (see question 2) Choose the option that best suits your needs.

9. Do
I need any special equipment ?
If you opt for the ‘home’
workout option,
you’ll need a swiss ball (also known as a 'stability ball') and at least 3 pairs of dumbbells.

10. When
and how do I refer new people to the Body Blueprint Virtual Workout
Club?
As a member of
the
Body Blueprint Virtual Workout Club, you’re eligible to start referring
friends or family members 4 weeks after you become a member.
Enter
your details as well as the person you’re referring. As soon as this
person joins the programme, you’ll start receiving discounts off your
monthly subscription! (see question 11 as follows)

11.How
do I qualify to receive a FREE monthly subscription?
For every
person you refer, you’ll receive
a discount off your monthly subscription of $24 as follows:

12. How
many times per week do I need to work out?
Preferably a minimum
of 3 days and a maximum of 5 days
per week.
For
best results we recommend thay you perform your resistance training
workouts on 3 non consecutive days per week. For example, Mon,
Wed
and Fri. (These are full body resistance training workouts
with a small amount of cardio.)
We also
provide you with a separate core workout (abs and low back) on
Tues and Thurs.
Here is a sample week's schedule:
Mon: Resistance training + cardio
Tues: Cardio + core
Wed: Resistance training + cardio
Thurs: Cardio + core
Fri: Resistance training + cardio
13. If
I require a slightly modified programme (eg: for rehabilitation,
special needs etc) what can you offer?
For an additional NZ $20 per
month, I will design a personalized programme based
on your
special requirements.

is the minimum period of time I need to subscribe?
You can
cancel anytime, however we're quite certain that once you
start
seeing and feeling the results of these specially designed
workouts (combined with great value for money) you'll
want to
keep progressing toward your goals and reach even greater
heights.

and when do I pay?

any special software to download my workout programmes?
No special software is
required as this programme is 100%
internet based. That means you can access your programmes
where and
when it’s convenient for you. Simply log on with your unique password
and you’re ready to go!

can I
record my progress?
When you log on to view your workouts, you'll have the option to record
your sets, reps and weights online. Alternatively, with a click of a button you can print
your workouts and record your progress.

with pictures and descriptions of the exercises)
