2. Why
is the Virtual Workout Club so inexpensive?
In
a word, 'technology!' While there are other virtual
training programmes on the market that are 2-3 times more
expensive, we wanted to make the Body Blueprint Virtual
Workout Club
as
affordable as possible.
Rather than paying hundreds of
dollars for the services of a personal trainer, there are huge
savings to be made thanks to virtual personal training.
Virtual
training has additional appeal as clients can contact their
virtual trainer for advice at any time. Combined with
the quality of our workout programmes, clients
achieve
results much faster than if they were to follow a general workout
programme or go it alone.

What
are the workouts designed to achieve?
The
workouts of the Virtual Workout Club are designed to burn body
fat, increase fitness and transform your body in record time. Our
'quality versus quantity principles' are a feature of the Virtual
Workout Club and are guaranteed to produce results FAST!

4. How do the workouts change from month to
month?
Every programme
is progressive from the last and incorporates a variety
of exercises. One of the secrets to achieving great results
from your programme and avoiding plateaus is to continually change your
workouts - and 4 weeks is the optimum timeframe.

5.
How do I achieve consistent results from my
workouts?
If
you follow the recommendations of the Virtual
Workout Club programmes you simply can't fail! As you increase
your
strength we
encourage you to increase your repetitions and weights over
the
course of each 4 week period.
As
a rule of thumb, when you can perform 3 repetitions over and above the
designated number of repetitions, increase your weight at the
next
workout and return to the original number of repetitons.
Here is a sample
progression:
Workout 1: 15 repetitions
with 30kg
Workout 2: 17 repetitions
with 30kg
Workout 3: 18 repetitions
with 30 kgs
Workout 4: 15 repetitions
with 35kgs...and so on.

Do I
need to belong to a gym, or can these workouts be done
from work/ home?
the beauty of the
Virtual Workout Club is that you can choose to work out from the
confort of home or your local gym / health club.

7. Do
I need any special equipment ?
If you opt for the ‘home’
workout option,
you’ll need a swiss ball (also known as a 'stability ball') and at least 3 pairs of dumbbells.

8. How
many times per week do I need to work out?
Preferably a minimum
of 3 days and a maximum of 5 days
per week.
For
best results we recommend thay you perform your resistance training
workouts on 3 non consecutive days per week. For example, Mon,
Wed
and Fri. (These are full body resistance training workouts
with small amounts of cardiovascular exercise.)
We also
provide you with a separate core workout (abs and low back) on
Tues and Thurs.
Here is a sample week's schedule:
Mon: Resistance training + cardio
Tues: Cardio + core
Wed: Resistance training + cardio
Thurs: Cardio + core
Fri: Resistance training + cardio
Sat : Rest
Sun: Rest

What
is the minimum period of time I need to subscribe?
You can cancel
anytime,
however we're quite certain that once
you start seeing and feeling the results of our body transformation
workouts (combined with great value for money) you'll
want to keep
progressing toward your goals and reach even greater heights.

10. What is the
regular price of the Virtual Workout Club? How
and when do I pay?
If you decide you'd like to
continue to benefit from the Virtual Workout
Club after
your inital 30 days, do nothing and
payments will commence at NZ $27 per month.
Payments are deducted from
your credit card automatically every 4 weeks thanks to paypal.

11. Do I need
any special software to download my workout programmes?
No special software if
required. This programme is 100%
internet based which means you can access your
programmes where and when it’s convenient for you. Simply log on with
your chosen username and password and you’re ready to go!

can I
record my progress?
When you log on
to view your online workouts, you'll have the option
to record
your sets, repetitions and the amount of weight you used for each
exercise. Alternatively, with a click of a button
you can print
your workouts and record your progress.
(Your printed workouts come complete
with pictures and descriptions of each exercise)
