Cacao

Cacao is natures chocolate and has been revered as a superfood for thousands of years. It contains the highest concentration of antioxidants of any food in the world. This includes the antioxidant resveratrol which is associated with health and longevity. It is also one of the highest food sources of magnesium, a mineral that most people in the western world are deficient in.
