The MOTHER of All 12 Week Challenges!

It’s been years in the making, and now it’s finally complete.

Some would say it’s been an obsession of mine.

And you know what?

They’d be right!

You see, ever since my very first introduction to the Body for Life Challenge in 2000, I’ve been utterly amazed by what can be achieved in just short 12 weeks.

The again, maybe I would have been sceptical if I’d only seen the before and after photos. (After all, photos can be faked, right?)

So rather than relying on blind faith that these people had actually done what they claimed to do, I decided to do something a little different…

So back in 2000 I recruited a group of individuals at Les Mills in Hamilton to put these exercise and nutrition principles to the test and to find out WHY they worked as well as the promoters claimed.

At the same time, I looked into the exercise science to find out how it was possible to lose so much body fat and completely transform your body with less than 4 hours of exercise per week. (as per the Body for Life programme)

Turns out, the science is solid.

Not only did these individuals lose incredible amounts of body fat and completely reshape their bodies, some were almost unrecognisable from when they began the programme 12 weeks earlier.

Moreover, 5 of my clients placed in the top 2000 in the world for their remarkable transformations and won some fantastic prizes. (International Body for Life Challenge)

As you can imagine, many gym goers were eager to find out what these individuals were doing…especially when it was revealed how little time they were actually spending in the gym. So successful was this 12 week challenge that I hired another personal trainer to assist me and the programme went on to become one of the most talked about for years to come.

Since that time I’ve refined these principles even further to transform over 1200 personal training clients, some of whom have decided to take the next step by competing in body sculpting and bodybuilding competitions.
