association with Bay Bodyfit Health & Fitness Centre,
brings you the ReZults
Boot Camp in Mt Maunganui. ReZults is
run by Body
Blueprint's newest female personal trainer and group fitness
instructor, Sara Sheets.
Sara has been running successful bootcamp programmes in the United
States for the past two seasons. She has watched
many women completely transform their bodies from
participating in her bootcamps. Sara is now in New Zealand
to offer the same opportunity to YOU!
ReZults offers a comfortable environment for women of all fitness
levels. By participating in ReZults Boot Camp you will lose
weight, increase your self confidence, increase your strength,
endurance and flexibility.
This is a 4 week boot camp that will meet three times a week. ReZults
also includes individual nutrition consultations.

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays (5:45 - 6:45am)
