Pre Baby Programme

A well-balanced exercise programme minimises the discomforts typically associated with pregnancy and allows for a much easier delivery. However, at various stages during pregnancy some forms of exercise can be contraindicated.

The pre baby programme takes away all the guess work by including the most beneficial exercises for you and your baby.

Three 12 week programmes available (semesters 1,2 and 3).

(Specialised Programmes available for semesters 1, 2 and 3)
  • Each semester (12 weeks) is $249.00 each

Holiday Programme

Away from home, on holiday or a business trip? No access to the gym? No problem! 

You can still achieve an excellent fitness workout from your holiday home, the office or your hotel room! Body Blueprint can provide you with a range of options including bodyweight exercises, swiss ball exercises and design a programme to suit your needs.
