Pre
Baby Programme
A
well-balanced exercise programme minimises the discomforts typically
associated with pregnancy and allows for a much easier delivery.
However, at various stages during pregnancy some forms of exercise can
be contraindicated.
The
pre baby programme takes away all the guess work by including the most
beneficial exercises for you and your baby.
Three 12
week programmes available (semesters 1,2 and 3).
