Mark!
1)
In
May 2007 Mark fulfilled a long held dream - to own his own health club.
Since
becoming the owner and manager of Bay Bodyfit Health & Fitness
Centre, Mark
has created a number of unique online and offline training programmes
including
the highly successful Body
Blueprint 12 Week Challenge and the 5 Week LEAN
programme
2) Mark
is an expert author. His health and fitness articles are regularly
published in his fortnightly fit tips and online
at www.ezinearticles.com

Mark
is a website designer. He designed this website and the Bay
Bodyfit Health & Fitness Centre website from scratch.
4) Mark
writes music in his spare time. He has recorded 3 songs in the
studio…however
he humbly admits that they’re unlikely to hit the ‘top 10’ anytime
soon!
5) Mark
is a big believer in the power of meditation. He says that regular meditation brings him
greater
clarity, increased creativity, productivity and peace of mind.
6) Every
second Sunday Mark boosts his immune system by juicing vegetables. On
alternate
Sundays he does a water only fast for 24 hours. This regular cleansing
and
antioxidant boost has allowed Mark to stay free of any ills for well
over 10
years.
7) Mark
religiously puts his ‘5 and 5’ rule into practice, that is, he works
out 5 days
per week and eats 5 times per day. Mark doesn’t drink alcohol, coffee
or tea.
8) Mark’s
philosophy regarding life is one of ‘simplicity.’ He believes that many people
complicate their lives unnecessarily. Many of his articles emphasise
the
importance of de-cluttering, prioritising and focusing on what REALLY
matters, such as relationships, family and friends.
9) Mark
competed in a bodybuilding competition in 1996. Although he still
enjoys weight
training, his priorities have changed and he has adopted
a more holistic approach to his health. Mark likes to stays
in shape year round and and has been involved with several modelling assignments.
10) Mark has a
certificate in natural therapies. Prior to his career as a
personal trainer
he
was tempted to pursue a career as a naturopath.
11) Mark
gives regular talks about the benefits of
exercise, meditation and happiness.
12) Mark has a
special interest in science & technology. He believes
that discoveries in genetics
and molecular
biology will force us to question longheld beliefs
and paradigms - namely the theory of evolution and
the
origin of the
