3) When does the LEAN Programme start?

You can choose to start your 5 week transformation when it is convenient for YOU. Either way, it's important to have a deadline. Commit to a start date and stick to it.

4) What is the nature of the workout programme? How is it structured?

The LEAN programme is designed to help you lose 5kgs or more in 5 weeks. It provides you with the means to keep the weight off for good

The LEAN programme incorporates resistance training and cardio and utilises our 'quality versus quantity' workout principles. 

For best results we recommend the following weekly schedule:  

Mon: Resistance training + cardio
Tues: Cardio + core
Wed: Resistance training + cardio
Thurs: Cardio + core
Fri: Resistance training + cardio
Sat: Cardio + core
Sun: Rest

Once you're registered you’ll receive online access to our specially designed LEAN workouts featuring exercise animations and instructions, workout calendar and more. (These time efficient workouts are GUARANTEED to burn body fat FAST!)

5) I'm very unfit, have little or no exercise experience. What exercise programme do you recommend?

If you have been relatively inactive for 6 months or more, we suggest that you first obtain medical clearance from your health professional before commencing this exercise programme.

As your fitness improves, gradually increase your weights, repetitions and build up to the suggested timeframes. 

If you would like support and guidance, we suggest hiring the services of a fitness instructor or personal trainer.

6) Do I need to work out at a gym? Can I work out from home?

Some people prefer to work out at a gym for support and motivational purposes, however if you're sufficiently motivated and prefer to work out from home, the choice is yours. We provide you with both options to suit your personal needs.

7) Do I need any special equipment?

If you decide to work out from home and do not have access to cardio equipment such as a treadmill, rower, bike etc, special home based cardio options including bodyweight exercises have been included. 

8) Can I do group fitness classes as my cardio?

Absolutely! Group fitness classes such as Body Step, Body Combat, RPM and ZUMBA are all excellent ways to burn calories, have fun and stay motivated!

9) Is the nutrition plan difficult to follow? Are there any special food or supplement requirements?

The LEAN nutrition plan is very easy to follow and includes everyday foods. For added convenience you may wish to purchase a quality whey protein powder for shakes and smoothies, however this is not compulsory.

10) How much weight can I expect to lose?  

You can expect to lose up to 1kg (2.2lbs) per week. Individual results may vary as this depends on your starting weight, exercise history, level of fitness and adherence to the programme.
