What
is KettleFIT?
KettleFit
is an all NEW fitness programme at Bay Bodyfit.
KetteFIT
features the Russian kettlebell and combines
strength and cardiovascular fitness training into
an extremely effective fat burning workout. 
What
are the benefits?
You'll work
your entire body with a range of kettlebell exercises and
build strength and cardiovascular fitness.
Kettlebell
training gets back to basic training that requires functional, whole
body fitness and is a great way to get a whole body workout in a
relatively short space
of time.
Who Can do KettleFIT?
Guys and girls, beginner
or
advanced, come and
enjoy a fun,
energising kettlebell workout!
