The Bay Bodyfit Boot
Camp at Mt Maunganui offers a comfortable environment for women of ALL fitness
levels. By participating in the Bay Bodyfit Boot
Camp you
will lose
weight, increase your self confidence, increase your strength,
endurance and flexibility.
Your body thrives
on movement, and it loves nature, so why not combine the two
with functional fitness training outdoors?
Located at Tay Street reserve and overlooking Mt Maunganui
beach, participants will meet 3 mornings
per week over a period of 6 weeks.
Our bootcamps provide
an efficient and challenging workout that includes interval
training for increased cardiovascular fitness, partner
and body weight exercises for fat burning, shaping, toning and
increased core strength.
Our fitness
bootcamps create a supportive and motivated community of
like-minded individuals that will get you results FAST!

Bay Bodyfit's Boot
Camp at the beach has been a great experience.
It's so much nicer
training outside than inside!
A mix of circuit
training and cardio at Tay Street Reserve and Mt Mauao added variety to
our 3
weekly sessions. For best results, Sheena
encouraged us to work as
hard as we could (and why wouldn’t you having got out of bed
at such an early
hour!) All levels of fitness and capabilities are catered
for.
Thanks to two
Boot Camps with Bay Bodyfit I have increased my level of
fitness and become a healthier happier me!

Bay Bodyfit’s Boot Camp is a
fantastic way to get fit and tone up in a short space of time. It really
targets all those ‘problem areas’ for women – triceps, butt and thighs!
Sheena teaches you ways of getting the body you want, without needing
expensive gym gear and gives you tips on nutrition as well. Boot camp caters
for all fitness levels and you can push yourself to the next level as your
fitness improves.
I noticed a big change after six weeks, I felt fitter,
stronger and had more energy.
