Having
danced both Ballet and Modern, since the tender age of 3, and with an
extensive
competitive aerobics background, Sheena added group fitness instructing
to her
repertoire in 2007.
Sheena
relocated to the Bay in early 2009 to start her career as a solicitor.
A self-confessed
fitness addict, Sheena has always been determined to maintain her dance
/
fitness passion alongside her professional career.
Throughout
her time in the Bay, Sheena has been instructing group fitness classes,
dancing
with local ‘Inzpire Dance Company’, and recently, taking the field as a
member
of the ‘Stoney Creek Dancers’ crew at Bay of Plenty ITM Cup rugby
fixtures.
Sheena
is excited to join the Bay Bodyfit team as a Boot Camp Instructor and
to share
her passion with participants in a fun and challenging environment. As
well as
guiding you to increase your fitness and transform your body, Sheena’s
goal is
to fuel in you the desire to make fitness a part of your everyday
lifestyle.
Sheena’s
Boot Camps are held at the Tay St Reserve at Mt Maunganui beach and are
full of
exciting exercise variations. Sessions incorporate the beach, solo and
partner
assisted exercises, equipment and non-equipment training techniques -
with and
without music.
