does the
12 Week Challenge work so well?
- Timeframe
12 weeks is a realistic timeframe and having a deadline
creates the
incentive to achieve the best possible results.
- Goal
Setting
Having tangible, specific goals from the outset is extremely important
and serve as an excellent motivational tool. Every 3
weeks you will be given a
specific goal relating to weight loss and /or body
composition.
- Variation
Every 3 weeks you receive a new
workout programme. This new stimulus forces the
body to adapt to new demands and progress continues.
- Progression
The Body Blueprint 12 Week Challenge is progressive in nature.
You’ll be encouraged to
gradually increase your weights over the course of the 12
weeks and make every exercise count.
- Nutrition
You will be given nutritional guidelines and a plan specific to your
personal tastes. This is not a diet by any means. It is, however, a
plan you can follow for life and no deprivation is involved.
- Accountability
Every 3 weeks your personal trainer will record your
results and fine tune your nutriton and workout programme as
required. By being accountable you increase the
likelihood of adhering to your fitness plan and achieving
an outstanding body transformation.
- Personal
Training
For those participants who are serious about achieving the best
possible results, personal training packages are available.
Your personal trainer will teach you how to perform
the exercises correctly, provide you with ‘tip and
tricks’ to maximise your results, and
provide you with all the tolls to achive an outstanding body
transformation.
